Appetizing appearance! Fruit has a white, crisp flesh that’s sweet, tasty and perfect for fresh eating. A top-pick for salads as it remains crisp and resists browning (oxidizing) long after cutting. Tree has a slightly drooping, open shape with moderate vigor. Disease-resistant to scab and fire blight. Fruit stores up to 2 months on average. Ideal for northern gardens with cool climates.
