GREAT HORNED OWL
The Great Horned Owl is a truly majestic bird that gets its name from the tufts of feathers on its head that look like horns. They’re neither horns nor ears but just feathers that look really, really cool. These birds are just loaded with epic features like eyes that don’t move in their sockets, heads that rotate 270 degrees or wings that have soft edges and make no noise when they swoop in on their prey. What a bird and one of our true favorites designed to make any yard the envy of your neighbors.
